ALL AREAS
Added selection of Directory for STSDATA.MDB 

ARTICLE
Automatic creation of Sort Name from Article title.  Created new function.

PUBLICATION
Add additional fields to the Publication List  form.  Amount Paid, Rights Sell, When Paid, and Circulation to the Publication List form.

Add fields to Publisher Database, Amount Pay, Rights Sold,  When Paid, and Circulation fields to Publication Detail form.

Add Preference field to Address and Contact Sub Forms for reports.

Automatic creation of Sort Publication Name from Publication Name.  Added new function to the Module section. Completed

Automatic Update of Contact Title with the Contact Type

Changed Default Paper source for Envelope report to use #10 envelop. 


SUBMISSION
Printing - Add on Submission List a choice of including history or detail for each submission.

OverDue Warning  -  This New function will remind you when a submission is out past a number of days.  A warning message is displayed. Function would be user defined with the default at 30 days from the Send Out day.  Create form to maintain User defined Warning Day number.  Add option to the Misc. Menu.  Add warning messages to Submission List Add warning date to Submission Detail form.

Access to Publication record.  When you double click on the publication field, it calls the Publication detail form. 

Access to Manuscript record.  When you double click on the manuscript field, it calls the Manuscript detail form. 


CALENDAR
This New function is where STS will handle time worked on manuscripts, publications and submissions.  It will include a calendar where time can be allocated.  Drop down boxes will allow the user to put time against a article.


GENERAL ADMIN & MISC
Form letter - Change Print Function

Because of the new Calendar function, Misc. and Admin menu options were combinedon the main menu

Admin option was added to the Misc. Menu

Admin of Look-up tables was divided into 2 pages.

Added re-attach table option to Misc. Menu

Added About STS menu option to Misc. menu.


REPORTS
Add a number of new report formats in ALL areas.  Mainly different sorts on the existing reports.

Clean up reports Names and address reports.  By using the Preference code.

Added Calendar option to Reports Menu.  Includes ability to select by date, type, and project name.


GENERAL 
Revise Manual -  Update manual with new functions and displays Include Search, Copy functions and History functions. 

Update On-line Help - Include all the new functions.  Add new functions associated changes to the application.


BUG FIXES
Problem printing Form Letters correctly

Fixed Submission Auto History Update, uses 1st record only, not current record.

When copying Photographs, need to retain current record when re-creating the form.

Fixed Set Focus Error when adding or editing Publication sub records (address, people, and phone)

Fixed Submission Search error with contact name.
